Newmarket Yards is a mixed-use hotel, residential and retail scheme in Dublin’s Liberties. The complex features public and private amenity spaces at ground level and across several roof terraces. Áit Urbanism + Landscape were appointed for all project stages with the project being completed in early 2024.
The primary spaces at ground floor level are an enclosed courtyard and a new laneway connecting Newmarket Square with Saint Luke’s Avenue, both spaces benefit from high quality materials, bespoke furniture and generous planting which imbues the spaces with an immediate sense of maturity. The roof terraces provide for both active and passive amenity and are themed for exercise, outdoor cooking and spa relaxation.
